SLC Learning Tracks

When registration opens, you’ll choose the learning journey that best matches your goals—whether you want a comprehensive mastery, a flexible self-guided approach, or collaborative team engagement.  See the options below.

Certificate Track

Structured, in-depth learning with certificate

Ideal for learners seeking a structured, in-depth learning pathway and a formal certificate that recognizes mastery of the SLC content. This track comprehensively covers all the scaling-up concepts, approaches, and best practices across the full scaling trajectory. Undertaking the entire curriculum and successfully passing all learning assessments leads to a certificate of completion.

Self-Guided Track

Flexible, modular learning at your own pace

Ideal for learners who want flexible, self-paced access to certain aspects of scaling knowledge without having to complete the entire curriculum. This track allows you to explore select topics across the SLC, focusing on the content most relevant to your work and learning goals. A wide range of learning resources, tools, and case studies are available, and completion of assessments or the entire curriculum is optional.

Team Track

Collaborative learning and applied practice

Ideal for teams from the same or partnered organizations, including governmental and non-governmental entities, seeking to learn and apply scaling principles collaboratively. Whether your team is preparing for scale or actively managing an ongoing scaling effort, this track provides a structured framework to guide real-time planning and decision-making. Engaging together in cohort-style learning fosters productive discussions and practical planning—within the online platform and beyond—strengthening internal capacity and cultivating a shared “scaling-up mindset.”
